All staff Prices:

Staff Hourly Rate Bartender $30 (4 hour minimum) Cocktail Server $27 (4 hour minimum) Server $27 (4 hour minimum) Buser $25 (4 hour minimum) Security $30 (4 hour minimum) Captain $37 (4 hour minimum) On-site Manager $45 (4 hour minimum)

1 Any combination of staff is fine. 2 We also contract out for Valets, DJ's, Photographers, Videographers. This gives you the widest selection possible, custom fit to your needs and budget in mind. ** Ask about signing up for our Preferred Vendor Program and save 10% every time you use our event staffing services.

Bartenders: Our bartenders know a wide variety specialty, martini and margarita recipes; with creative ways of garnishing drinks. Giving our clients a consistent product is very important to us in adding to the drink presentation.

Cocktail Servers: Our cocktail servers always have a smile on their face. We take pride in staffing people who know more than just passing drinks, but having knowledge of drink recipes to find that prefect drink for that right moment.

Servers: All our servers pay attention to your guests' every dining need. Dining is an experience more than just eating; its environment and people. Reading your patrons attitudes help us mix the right blend of professionalism with humor and a smile. [ top of page ]

Busers: The behind the scenes staff. Busers help support the entire staff with constant attention to detail. Getting an event set up in a quick and timely manner; and then keeping the presentation up during the whole event takes constant vigilance and dedication. Our busers have that and more.

Security: We employ only Santa Barbara's top security door men. With years of experience working doors for downtown clubs and bars you can be assured our personnel will handle any situation that arises. Our security professionals have trained the rest of the staff to watch for potential problems and over-intoxication; assuring your event will run as smooth as possible.

Captains: Managing over the entire staff; our captains have years of experience in the entertaining world. Knowing how to manage your staff and place everyone in the right position to make your entire event seem like its running flawlessly.

On-site Managers: Running an event requires attention to detail, overall knowledge of each facet involved in making an event and experience with handling problems in a quick and timely manner. Valets: Attentive to your guests' demands is our first priority. Our valets remember faces to cars and location; getting the client in and out as quickly as possible. Always on their feet, alert and ready at all times. We know all the Valet companies in town, giving you broader options of coverage and services provided.

Photographers / Videographers / DJ's: We believe that when it comes to your event you need as many choices as possible. For this reason we find the right professional Photographer, Videographer and Disc Jockey to fit your event.
